Kris Constable is a leading privacy advocate and an expert in information security. A former global security expert for Nortel in Ottawa, Kris has been in Victoria for the past several years. He operates his own company, PrivaSecTech, which specializes in providing technical advice to organizations looking to strengthen their privacy and security policies and practices, as well as conducting audits and incident investigations. Kris is also the founder of Victoria’s very successful Ideawave conference.
Chris Parsons is a PhD candidate in the Department of Political Science at the University of Victoria. He is a member of the New Transparency Project and holds a Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate doctoral scholarship.
